Macules on the neck of lady
Observe this dermoscopic image, taken from the neck of a lady with sudden appearance of light brown to bluish macules without any apparent trigger. The clinical differentials included - Lichen Planus Pigmentosus, Reihl's melanosis (or Pigmented Contact dermatitis), Ashy dermatosis, Toxic melanoderma, and Poikiloderma of Civatte.
